Three tiers

Preview is free on every Mac, so a paid reader has to earn its price. The free tier is complete for a reader for ever: no page limits, no watermarks, no mark counts. What a reader made stays theirs even if a subscription lapses — every mark, form, redaction and export made under it stays visible and usable, and a redaction stays a real redaction.
